Printing Tips
Download a sample first
Use the Download Sample PDF button to get a single test envelope with your current settings. Print this before running a full batch.
Load the envelope correctly
Place the envelope face-up in your printer tray. Most printers feed from the short edge — check your printer's manual for the exact orientation.
Select the correct paper size
In the print dialog, choose your envelope size (e.g. A2, #10) or create a custom size matching your envelope's dimensions. Printing to the wrong paper size will scale or clip the content.
Select Landscape orientation
Envelopes are wider than they are tall, so landscape mode is required.
Set scale to 100% (Actual Size)
Turn off "Fit to Page" or "Scale to Fit" and set scale to 100%. This ensures the addresses print at the correct position and size. If content is still clipped at 100%, try dialing the scale back slightly (e.g. 95–98%) — or go to step 6.
Adjust margins if text is cut off
If text prints too close to an edge or gets clipped, use the Top Margin and Left Margin sliders in the app to nudge the content inward, then re-download the sample and try again.
